Returns & Shipping Policy
Shipping Policy:
All orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will be shipped for next day tracked delivery. Our shop is closed on a weekend and bank holidays. All orders placed after 3pm Friday will be sent on the following Monday (or next day after bank holiday).
We offer delivery to any and all EU and EEA nations.
We offer International shipping to Australia, Canada and New Zealand at a fixed price. Orders Internationally may take longer, and in some cases weeks. Import duties, taxes and any other fees are not included in the product price, and are the responsibility of the customer.
All overseas orders from the UK are subject to each countries importation laws and regulations. Import duties, taxes and any other fees are not included in the product price, and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns Policy:
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Refunds:
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take up to 7 days to appear on your card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
